Return - Refund Policy
To be a reliable and trustworthy supplier, onThesource.com has a series of strict articles about return and refund matters. We have cleared them up below.
As onThesource.com promises, every product enjoys one year warranty period here. Customers can return faulty items to repair or fix within one year warranty period, we will re-dispatch them out to you as soon as we fetch them from factories, and also, we will re-check the faulty products cautiously, especially at the problems you referred to.
However, services are not always unlimited. To keep a pace with “Retail is about details”, we should list out more details about the return policy.
For cell phones, we only are responsible for the cell phone machine, we are not responsible for the accessories, and please rest assured that all accessories are in good-condition before sending them out.
If the faulty is caused by you not onThesource.com, you should be responsible for it, however, if we can help you repair it, we would like to do that, and if the problem can be solved easily and no need to change any parts, the repairing service maybe free, or else, unluckily, there are some parts should be changed, we only charge you part cost without profits on behalf of factories. In a nutshell, onThesource.com provides professional services without any expense for every customer.
Buyers should pay for the freight cost from your location to mainland China, and onThesource.com will be gladly responsible for the back freight cost. If this return event is caused by your single side, such as, you do not like the color, pattern etc. you should be responsible for commute freight costs (including up and down freight costs).
Buyers must contact onThesource.com before sending items back, we will give you RMA information, or else, you may post a wrong address to make us not get the faulty items.
All return process will not be proceeded until we get your items. We will inform buyers as soon as we get the returned parcel by email including what items we have got.
If the returned product is a cell phone, please only send the cell phone with a good battery and a USB data cable which are used to test when it is repaired well from factory, and remember to leave other accessories (packing box, earphone, memory card, stylus, battery cover etc.). Finally, please do not forget to leave a note recording the order number and problems of products.
If onThesource.com has agreed to cancel your order, we will refund full payment to your PayPal account soon. Note please: If you need to cancel your order, please notice us within 2 days urgently. That is partly why we dispatch customers' orders out in 3 to 5 days after receiving full payments.
Generally, we would like not to refund if the faulty is not caused by onThesource.com after dispatching goods. For special matters, please contact us for details about refund.
