Order 1305 after 2 month that I have ordered and payed the order I don't have recived the cell phone that I have choosed. I have tryed to track it but I only find an error on page! Where is my cell phone? If I dont recive it before the end of 2009 I whant to be refund.

I've already wrote that the parcel is missed. I contacted post office and they declared the parcel MISSED. I attach the document to mail. Sure you can't understan the italian so briefly the said the parcel arrived in Italy on 14 August, released from Italian custom and became Italian parcel n° KK301318098IT (was International EE182707864CN) AND missed. The also wrote I can do nothing but for the International agreement Chinese-Italian Post , Wholesale Electronics Expert must claim damage to Chinese Post and refund me.

ORDER #1141 was sebt to snyrna, GA. I live in New Jersey. my credit card has been charged and you sent my phone to the wrong place. on my confirmation order it clearly states the billing and shipping address correctly as new jersey with the correcdt zip code. i want my card refunded.
